Threshold alerts off
When a metric crosses its threshold, the Dashboard shows a red banner, beeps, and (if allowed) fires a browser notification.
Daily Telegram digest off
A twice-a-day health summary sent to Telegram (not per-minute alerts). With an OpenAI key it's AI-written in your language; without one a plain template is sent. Keys are stored only on this server. Leave a key field blank to keep the current one.
